Welcome to Picture Mountain RV Park
Our Park offers guests a quiet setting with lots of shade trees and several large lawns. Our spaces are generous and easily accommodate your RV and vehicle. All spaces have a 50, 30, and 20 amp pedestal with individual electric meters, water and sewer hook ups.
We also have storage for additional vehicles, boats, or trailers available.
We have a laundry facility and on site propane sales.
Guests have direct access to Tonto Creek and miles of ATV trails .
Dogs are always welcome as long as they are on a leash and under control, just be sure to clean up after them. Brand new in 2020: we've added a large dog run so you can exercise your pets off leash.

We put on an annual BBQ every fall for our guests, a Christmas party, and in the spring we put on a fishing derby and fish fry.
We have a community fire pit for camp fires and gatherings that our guests are welcome to use.
Tonto National Monument Cliff Dwelling is just a short drive south on Hwy 188. Tonto Natural Bridge an hour north on Hwy 87.
Tonto National Forest offers excellent recreational opportunities, fishing, boating, hunting, hiking and birdwatching.
Local wildlife includes whitetail and mule deer, javelina, bobcat, coyote, black bear, mountain lions and desert bighorn sheep.
Roosevelt lake is just 15 miles south of Park on Hwy 188 and offers excellent bass fishing. Apache lake is a short drive also.
Tonto Basin has a mild winter climate if you are looking for a break from the cold.

Our History
Picture Mountain RV Park was begun in 2001 and we welcomed our first guests in 2004 . Since then we have enjoyed providing our guests a unique and casual western RV'ing experience. We have 95 spaces in a secluded natural setting with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, including Four Peaks, Mount Ord, the Matzatzals and Sierra Anchas.
Tonto Basin has several restaurants including the Butcher Hook Bar & Restaurant, Los Arturo's Mexican Food, and Punkin Center Bar and Restaurant. A full service grocery store with deli counter with gas and diesel sales is right down the road, along with a Dollar General. There are several churches in the area as well such as Wednesday night Cowboy Church, Desert Community Christian Fellowship and the Tonto Basin Bible church.
